Frequently asked questions (FAQs):
How many people can I bring? You can bring a total of three (3) passengers; add the pilot and we have a total of four (4) on board the plane. Is there a different price based on the number of people? The
price is based on the use of the aircraft, not the number of people.
Therefore the price is the same whether there are 1, 2 or 3 passengers. How long is the tour? The
tour is tailored to your request. The minimum time is 20 minutes
from take off to landing. During our pre-flight briefing we'll
plan the
route and take into account any special requirements. What are the days and hours of operation?
We
conduct tours seven (7) days a week from Sunrise to Sunset.
Can we fly to Nantucket or Cape Cod and land for lunch or sightseeing?All flights begin
and end at the Vineyard airport with no stops/landings in between. Do you accept credit cards? Yes. We accept MasterCard/Visa If the tour is canceled due to weather will I receive a refund? Yes. Our first requirement
is the safety and comfort of our passengers. Should the weather not
cooperate you will receive a 100% refund. Is there anything to do while you get the plane ready for the tour? Yes. There's a gallery of aerial
photographs of Martha's Vineyard, Nantucket, Cape Cod and Block Island
on display by island photographers. Why do you use the main Martha's Vineyard airport? The main airport is conveniently
located in the center of the island with available parking and
offers a wonderful restaurant and gift shop. Also, the
General Aviation building ( where we meet ) has a lounge, a friendly
atmosphere and complimentary coffee and tea. Do you provide a tour map? Yes. We will provide you with a tour map with points of interest. You may refer to the maps on the Tour Maps page to custom design your tour.
